We offer mixing and mastering tailored to your project, with revisions until you’re happy. Many years of experience in the music industry means that we can provide you with high quality finished products.
How long does it take?
It depends on how big the project is, the amount of editing and tuning required, and how many elements have been recorded. A typical vocal over a backing track would take 1 to 2 hours to mix and master. One song recorded by a band may take 4 to 7 hours, depending on its complexity.
Past projects include songs that have charted; punk, rock, funk, pop, death & black metal and reggae bands; ADR dubbing; hip-hop, rap, grime vocalists; audiobooks; online courses and other voice-over and podcasts.
What do I receive?
You will receive downloadable edited, mixed and mastered files in high quality. Usually 48kHz, 24-bit quality wav files, but you are welcome to request other formats and quality.

What should I prepare?
It is helpful if you name the files clearly, and use a consistent file format. If sending stems for mixing, exporting all of the tracks from the beginning of the project including any silence is required.
Mixes that you or a studio have made, or stems that you’d like mastered, are all welcome. We can also meld a mix to any specific sound that you are looking for. Through experience, we are able to accommodate music from all genres, from electronic dance music to metal, pop to reggae. Even if you have a live recording that needs some final touches, we can make your recordings sound as good as they possibly can.

- Proficient in Pro Tools, Logic, Ableton and a range of plug-ins (Waves, PSP, iZotope, FabFilter, etc.)

As mentioned, we have worked on all types of music and audio genres, from the shiny, clean and tidy to the deep, dark, grimey, gritty, dirty, real and-true-to-life feelings and sounds.
Before and after:
Mixing and mastering to a high level can make a huge difference between a song that stands out from the rest. A listener can often pass by a song if it doesn’t sound right, so we take this process seriously.
